Google Workspace
Automate email triage, document generation, calendar-triggered workflows, and spreadsheet-based data ingestion. Feral uses Gmail to trigger workflows from incoming messages, Drive to generate and store output documents, Calendar to schedule time-based automations, and Sheets to ingest structured data — such as employee timesheets — as inputs to calculation workflows.
QuickBooks Online
Read financial data, generate automated reports, write journal entries, and sync payroll calculations back to your books. Feral's payroll solution reads employee and compensation data directly from QBO, applies USVI-compliant payroll calculations, and writes the results back — closing the loop without manual data entry.

Feral Payroll
Feral's payroll solution is purpose-built for Virgin Islands businesses. It handles timecard ingestion, USVI-compliant tax calculations, pay stub generation, direct deposit file output, and QuickBooks journal entry sync — with a mandatory human approval gate before any disbursement.
Timecards are submitted through a web app or ingested from a connected Google Sheet, depending on your team's workflow. The payroll engine runs the numbers. You review and approve. Everything else is automated.
Your Data Stays Yours.
Every client operates in an isolated environment. Credentials are stored in Nango, a dedicated OAuth infrastructure provider — never in plaintext, never commingled across clients. Google Workspace and QuickBooks authorizations are granted by you via OAuth 2.0 and can be revoked at any time from your own account settings.
Workflow data is processed in-memory and written only to your dedicated database schema. Feral does not sell, share, or analyze your data for any purpose outside your contracted workflows.
